Free Minds, Inc. policy on returning items
Any items purchased directly from Free Minds, Inc., with the exception of software on CD-roms, is returnable (if in new good condition) within 30 days of purchase date. Your credit card will be credited with the amount of the item, minus any postage you paid. You are responsible for returning the item to us in good condition.
Software Policy
The Research Applications CD-roms are shipped in sealed packages. To prevent software piracy regarding these copyrighted items, these can only be returned if they are defective (will be replaced with the same item in working order). If you have ordered more than one of the Research Applications CDs, please determine that the software works on your computer before opening the others, as multiple openings renders them suspect and no refunds will be issued. Other CD-roms that we supply are refundable if you do not enjoy them.
